Delivery of Operational Excellence

In 2019, WINC HR Strategy and Solutions began working with key people across several departments and project teams at Steel Hospitality to redefine their HR and Corporate Responsibility strategy.

Through collaborative workshops, we are helping the teams to identify key strategic priority areas for Steel Hospitality, establish a new vision to guide the strategy and develop realistic action plans to ensure initial targets can be delivered.

This work includes assessing existing data to help the teams improve data quality, establish baselines, and develop robust objectives. Over the next year, WINC HR Strategy and Solutions are working with Steel Hospitality to empower them to establish processes and procedures that support the delivery of the new HR and Corporate Responsibility strategy and vision.

management development

Mercedes-Benz UK realised it needed to address a future skills shortage based on the attraction and retention difficulties across its network.

The result was the evolution of its Management, Sales and After-Sales Service Management Training Programmes which opened the development opportunities to those with limited previous sales or management experience to meet the skills gap and increase its market share in the sector.

This ground-breaking approach to training has taken skill levels to a new dimension in the company and resulting in being awarded a Princess Royal Training Award.

Karl undertook delivery of their national Leadership Development programme, from individual initial training and career assessments to gap analysis and directing their learning programme over a range of interventions.

He assessed and/or certified c500 managers and leaders from across the network.
