Our Story

Hospitality is home. HR should feel human.

I grew up in hospitality. Some families gather around a television. My family gathered around tables. We hosted dinner parties at five-star hotels, local restaurants, and at the naval officers' club where my father was a member. I learned early that hospitality is not a job. It is a feeling. It is the care and attention that makes people feel seen.

That belief has guided my career for more than thirty years across the United Kingdom Europe the United States and Australia. I have worked at the intersection of people culture and performance in luxury hotels cruise lines and global hospitality groups. I have supported with openings transformations and the steady leadership needed to deliver everyday service with excellence.

I specialise in helping leaders build cultures where people feel proud to work and guests feel the result in every interaction.

I am a Fellow Certified Practitioner Human Resources with the Australian HR Institute and a Member of the Institute of Hospitality, the Institute of Directors and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I have also completed my MBA. These credentials are important however what truly matters to me is this. When leaders feel supported teams feel confident. When teams feel confident, guests notice.
