WINC HR Strategy and Solutions
Overview
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, paid calls, and Bolt Ons supplied by WINC HR, including the HR Confidence Kits. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Digital Content
The HR Confidence Kits and related materials are supplied as digital content and delivered electronically. Once access or download has begun, digital content cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Right to Cancel
Consumers normally have a 14-day cooling off period for online purchases. This does not apply to digital content once access or download has begun, you have agreed to immediate access, and you have acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost.
By completing your purchase and accessing digital content, you confirm that you consent to immediate access and acknowledge the loss of your right to cancel.
Faulty Digital Content
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Faulty digital content means content that is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from the description provided at the point of purchase.
Where faulty digital content is identified, WINC HR will attempt to remedy the issue within a reasonable time. If this is not possible, an appropriate refund will be offered.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not provided where you change your mind after accessing the content, where the content does not meet personal preference or expectation, where the content is unsuitable for your business after purchase, where the guidance is not implemented correctly or fully, or where you no longer require the documents.
Business Use
The HR Confidence Kits are designed for business use. Where a purchase is made wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds are not provided for part used billing periods. Access to updates ends when a subscription ends.
Paid Calls and Bolt Ons
Paid calls and Bolt Ons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule. Missed calls, late cancellations, and completed sessions are non-refundable.
Fair Use
Refund requests are considered reasonably and in good faith, balancing fairness to customers with the protection of intellectual property and professional services.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
